Waiver and release of all claims and assumption of risk
I acknowledge and assume the risks of property damage, accidents, injuries (including death and loss of badily function and disabilities) from the climbing in your facility. I further acknowledge that it is not the sports which can remove all the danger. I make maximum efforts in deference so that I respect instructions of the staff in your facilities. Also I behave for enough ensureing safety for my self and anotehr person not to occur insury and an accident.
